• Guerlain Terracotta Bronzing Powder

I feel that Guerlain is one of the brands in which you’re bound to get very pretty products in addition to outstanding quality. We’ve all heard of the infamous Meteorites Pearls Carousel. The product is made up of different coloured pearls of powder. It can’t get any more beautiful than that! Today’s product is another gem which I can’t stop admiring.

It’s the Terracotta Bronzing Powder. I have the shade 03 Naturel Brunettes but there are 8 more shades to choose from. The Terracotta bronzer is the most popular in the bronzing powders family. Its formula is enriched with moisturising ingredients and ensures comfort throughout the day. The moisturising ingredients keep the skin from drying out.

I also love the fragrance of this product. I don’t normally talk about odour when writing about beauty products but this smell makes me feel so chic and posh about applying a high-end product to my face. I can’t, for the life of me, describe fragrances so here’s how it’s described on the brand’s website:

‘The freesia and orange blossom notes create the sensation of a cocoon. They are blended into tonka bean and vanilla notes with sunny facets that embody the essence of Terracotta. A note of white musc add a velvet touch to this addictive fragrance.
The senses are awakened, transported to a faraway land.’

I like using this product as an all over bronzer. I just dip my brush in the gorgeous bronze colour and swirl all over my face. The colour is the perfect shade for my skin tone with not a lot of shimmer. You all know I like shimmer but don’t particularly fancy being mistaken as a unicorn. Although I prefer using other products for contouring, I occasionally like to do some daytime contouring with this one. I trace the ‘3’ figure from forehead, to cheekbones and chin. It gives a light structure to the face and I can’t say no to that.

Guerlain products are available at all Franks outlets
