About a month ago, I was invited by Franks Malta to a make-up session by Tom Strohmetz, BeYu‘s international make-up artist. Tom did a brilliant job on my whole day at work tired face and I loved the final result. At the end of this post, I’ll upload a picture of what was used on my face to make me look alive again. But I’m here to let you know more about the brand of BeYu as I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the products.
BeYu‘s slogan is ‘Passion for Make Up’ since the brand’s concept relies on being passionate about all things beauty, be it cosmetics, trends or introducing incredible colour palettes. The brand is most popular to women between the ages of 25 and 35 and products are sold in 38 countries, outside of Germany, where it was founded. BeYu‘s products contain skin-friendly ingredients and textures and the colour palette in their products caters for all moods and expressions.
One of their most recent launches and the product which got my interest ticking in the brand is their Strobe and Define Palette. This is basically a contour palette with four different shades you can use for contouring and highlighting. This was used on my face in my make-up session and I can vouch that the colours blend beautifully in the skin. The dark shade gave a defined by subtle contour look and the lighter shades highlighted the cheekbones.
The Nutri Power Foundation is another product which was used in the session with Tom. This is a long lasting but moisturising foundation. It feels incredibly lightweight on the skin and it has a light and creamy texture. It is said to last for 8 hours and guarantees radiance all day long.
I have a couple of products to test out from the brand and I can’t wait to report back to you with my thoughts. I’m so glad I discovered BeYu, it’s such a high-quality but affordable brand.
Here’s what was used on my face during my make-up session and a sneak peak of the products I’ll be trying out!
BeYu can be found at all Frank outlets in Malta.
