• July Favourites

Finally I have some time to myself to sit down and chat. My wintery alter-ego wishes I could do all these things with a nice hot cup of tea by my side, but in reality, it’s too darn hot for that. These monthly favourites are a constant reminder that time is passing by so quickly. I know I seem to say that every month, but think about it…it’s less than 5 months till Christmas!

Let’s hope we all have a great August!

This month I’ve gone a little bit CRAY over The Body Shop since I’ve got two favourites from there. First up, The Body Shop Early-Harvest Raspberry Body Scrub. This looks like you’ve just come out of a very bloody war whenever you put it on but the smell is divine. I will not lie…sometimes when I’m having a bad day, I just open this tub, smell the raspberry sweet smell and feel just a little bit better. It works wonders on my skin since I suffer from very dry skin in the scorching summer months. Go try it out!

Another Body Shop favourite is something I’ve had for quite some time but I never really used it properly until now. I’m talking about the Japanese Cherry Blossom perfume. It’s a very good every day perfume just to give you that little extra summery odour.

An NYX single eye shadow that I’ve been reaching for this month is Peach Bronze. It’s got a lovely shimmery golden-brown consistency which you can just put on day or night. I find it best to apply it using my ring finger and blend it out accordingly.

Time for a fashion favourite! I’m loving this New Look necklace. It gives every outfit that slight edge which I adore. Watch it in action here.

And obviously my new Canon 600D camera. I’m not going to be a photographer anytime soon but I just can’t seem to stop snapping away with this baby!

Time for some music. Last Tuesday I visited the Beer Festival and I watched The New Victorians. I can safely say I fell in love with their music. They have such a unique vibe and their new music video for the song ‘Dustpile’ plays on repeat!

    Have a good weekend guys!
