Visiting the Patches market has become me and my mum’s little tradition. Apart from getting the constant comments that we almost look like sisters, we generally have the same tastes. Except for my gold strappy sandals found here!
I cannot stress enough how much I love the atmosphere when Patches is held at the Upper Barrakka Gardens in Valletta. At that point in time, everyone is united by one goal: to admire all the work and talent it takes for such extraordinary handmade pieces to be made from scratch. From jewellery pieces to vintage clothing items and children’s toys to home decor; there really is something for everyone.
Here’s what caught my eye! For more information on every seller click here!
Hey Birdie-Pie: If your love for everything vintage is like no other, then this would have been the stand for you! The brooches found in this stand were so unique and perfect. Go check them out on Facebook!
The Secret Rose: From cute slogans to the gorgeous detailed embroidery, this was probably my favourite stand of my whole visit! Visit their website through here.
alexandraaquilina.com: If my future husband is reading this, please take note! This cute little tray right here is what I want my breakfast in bed in! Check them out on Facebook.
The Yello Studio: I wanted everything from this stand especially this cute little tea set! And as you can tell, I’m a sucker for sayings and slogans. Visit their Facebook page here!
Thea Marie Vella: These necklaces made out of buttons reminded me of sewing class at my secondary school. Since I was always crap at arts and crafts, I love seeing the great things people can do with a few ordinary items, making it into something extraordinary and wearable! Read all about this stand here!
HuNNi & Co. By Paula: Everything in this stand caught my eye! I loved every saying and every detail. Most of my time at Patches was spent deciding on which one to buy! Well Done! View their products here! You will not regret it.
Becky’s: FOOD GLORIOUS FOOD! Although I couldn’t eat any of the items due to being gluten intolerant, they surely made me wish I wasn’t! They smelt absolutely divine! Visit on Facebook!
I.N.I Bites: Now this blueberry cake, I could eat! This stand had a lot of gluten free options and they tasted terrific. Huge well done for thinking of us poor souls with allergies! Check out their Facebook page here.
AND here’s what I bought!
This little beauty finally made the cut at HuNNi & Co. by Paula!
And a gorgeous bracelet from the stand by Takia!
